Use our copy feature or use our template feature
To make a copy of a previously sent campaign on our platform, follow these simple steps. First, navigate to Campaigns tab. Once there, locate and click on the "Select Campaigns" button. This will allow you to choose the campaigns you want to copy or delete. After selecting the desired campaigns, click on the "Copy Selected" button.
By doing this, a new campaign will be created with the exact same name as the original campaign, but with the extension "copy" added to it. This duplicated campaign will retain all the artwork and mailing list selections from the previous campaign.
If you prefer to keep everything unchanged, you can simply approve the duplicated campaign and schedule it for sending. However, if you want to make any modifications, you can go back into the design and update any key images or logos.
You can also change the mailing list selected to send to this month's recipients.
Alternatively, you can create a campaign using a previously created template. We have great articles all about how to setup, use and benefit from templates on our platform.
