Send your mail merged PDF letters with our Virtual Printer
If you have mail-merged your letters and they're ready to send, you can drag and drop the PDF file into our Virtual Printer. This is very similar to the bulky franking machines tucked into the corner of an office, but it's completely digital. This means you don't need to touch a single piece of paper or envelop, you have no high franking machine rental costs, and you can send mail for less than the price of a postage stamp.

Create a mail journey with Stannp 'Automations'
Build an automated journey with our easy to use drag and drop builder. Select your starting event to confirm how a recipient will enter the journey, followed by a series of trigger events to create an amazing communication experience.
By configuring the journey, each recipient will receive specific communications based on events, actions, and logic that you have pre-determined. This could be a specific time period, a recipient scanning a QR code, or another data criteria that you have selected.

The API can be setup to feed into an Automation or to send single mail items. You can even setup webhooks and we can post back live data to you.
Ad Mail. Does you campaign qualify?
Advertising mail can benefit from discounted rates. You should only select Advertising mail if your mail adheres to one of the following.

Promoting the sale or use of products.

Promoting the sale or use of a service.
- Encouraging a donation to a cause.
If you select Advertising mail and this does not comply, your mail could be quarantined during production or could face additional charges for sending at a non ad-mail rate.
