How do I change my campaign's name?

There are 2 ways to change a campaign name. 1) When starting a campaign: Give it a name. 2) Campaign List: Click on name & edit.

When you are setting up a new direct mail campaign you need to give the campaign a name.  If you are setting up multiple campaigns it helps you quickly and easily find the campaign again.

There are two main ways to change a campaigns name:

1) When starting a campaign: Give it a name!

When creating your campaign and after you have selected what format you will be using, you are able to name your campaign. This is useful for organising files later.  However, you will not be able to access this screen after you book this campaign.


2) Campaign List: Double click on the campaign name and you'll be able to edit the name.  This will auto save when you click away from this box.

When looking at all of your campaigns on the Bulk Campaign Tab, all of your campaigns will be displayed in blue with an underline. Click into this to be able to change the text.

You unfortunately cannot change a campaign once it has been booked.
