After selecting your campaign design and data group you have a number of filter options to limit, filter and include/ exclude data from a campaign. If you have a large mailing list you can specify exactly who you want to send to.
Verified filter
We compare the data you upload to the USPS database. It will either be identified as a Verified match, or not match the file and be Unverified.
Using this setting you gives you the option to send to all only matched or unmatched addresses, or send to all addresses. Read more about Address Verification here.
Data filter
You can add a filter based on the data headings in mailing list. For example, if you want to send to all recipients in a specific city or region, then you can apply this data filter.
Select the filter data. add the filter method (contains, must include, must exclude etc.), and enter your desired value.
You can add multiple filters, and apply 'AND/ OR' options, to create your desired recipient group.
Excluding recipients
If you've already sent campaigns with Stannp.com, you can choose to exclude the recipients who were included in these, if desired. Select a campaign and if any recipients appeared in that previous campaign it will remove them from your current selection.
Setting a recipient limit
This option is here for when you wish to only send to a certain number of recipients. Enter the number manually, or drag and drop the slider to set your preferred limit. The included recipients are selected at random up to the limit.
