I have already mail merged my letter, how do I send this?

We have a useful tool on called the virtual printer!

So you are a new customer and have been mailing your own letters in the past. You've already used a mail merge function and have all the PDFs of your letters. Then this is the perfect time to use our virtual printer.  Find this feature under send mail and "virtual printer".I have already mail merged my letter, how do I send this-Image1

From here you are able to drag and drop your file in and our system will analyse your document. We will show you how many pages we've detected as well as give you a preview of how your address looks in our envelope window.

Please note we do not print address data on envelopes. We recommend using a blank cover page if you have a whole page design.

The next step is to select how many recipients the document contains, what format the document is, whether you wish for the design to first class, standard mail or whether you wish to put your mail in a XL window envelope.  Moving your mouse over the i will give minor guidance for each line.

It is very important to select how many recipients the one PDF you have uploaded is sending to. If you wish to send five 10 page documents then this is how you select how frequent address blocks occur. If you have documents of different page count then they will need to be separated beforehand.

The final check when using the virtual printer is to make sure your address fits within the envelope window. On the right hand side of the page you will see an envelope preview.

Please make sure only your address text is present within the window. If there is any additional text within the window it can cause issues when scanning your document. This may prevent us from matching it with the postal database which can increase costs.
