Master Guide to reporting

Find out about the 6 ways to report on your data.

Initial reporting page

The initial reporting page will be the first you'll likely see. Simply click on reports to access this page.

From here you'll see two main buttons which displays a summary of your sent Direct Mail Items and your SMS messages.

Below this you'll also see widgets of any campaigns that you've scheduled to send or if you've not sent any campaigns yet, you'll skip straight to the Daily Communications module. Here you can see the breakdown of Direct Mail and SMS on a day by day basis over a set period of time.

After this you can see your own balance report, the amount of money spent the amount you've added to your platform and the amount you currently hold on a day by day basis over a set period of time.

Direct mail reporting page

Access this page via the Direct Mail Items button shown on the Initial reporting page.

As an overview, you can see a breakdown of the total mail pieces, cost and status within a set period. The primary benefit of this page is the table which breaks down every single Direct mail Item that you've sent during a set period.

With information like the Mail piece ID, the time it was generated or address information and Tags so you can identify records to your own database. You can also click view to see the generated sample or if the item hasn't been sent yet, you can cancel items here. Finally, if the item is on its journey you can view the tracking information.

All this information can be exported with the Export Mail Items button.

Campaign insight page

You can view details about a specific campaign via the Campaign widgets mentioned on the reporting page or via any booked campaign on the campaigns tab.

On this page you can see comprehensive information all about this specific campaign. You can switch between seeing the tracking information and performance breakdown if you use our QR codes to track engagement.

You can also see a table of information of all the Direct Mail Items involved in this campaign, check their tracking information, view the recipient insight page related to the item or download the sample.

Lastly you can also export this table of information with the Export Mail Items button.

Recipient insight page

The recipient insights page can be viewed by the recipient group section by the insights button on an recipient within a group. Or, via the campaigns page as mentioned in the previous section.

Here you can see a breakdown of all the uploaded information related to this recipient. You can also see an event timeline of when the client joined, any campaigns they were apart of or when they scanned your QR code.

If you would like to amend any of this data you can switch over to Recipient Properties and edit any information.

Billing page

Next up is your Billing page which can be accessed via the profile button on the top right of the screen.

This is where you can see the number of invoices during this period, the cost of them and your current balance.

Additionally, you can see any created invoices, paid or unpaid. If an invoice is unpaid you'll be able to pay it, otherwise you'll be able to download a copy of any invoice.

API reporting page

The API request log is a useful reporting tool for any user who primarily uses API. You can access this via the settings menu, and clicking on API Request Log.

This first has to be enabled, but once enabled we will record the last 50 requests made to your API key within this list for the next two weeks.

You will be able to see the request body, response and request headers. As well as the timestamp that the request occurred. This is very useful as it allows you to see test API requests.
