How can I export my reporting data?

When you view reports on mail items and campaigns, look for the 'Export' buttons at the top right of the tables.

After sending direct mail, you may wish to review the status and progress. You can do this easily in the reporting page. The export button will be available to the right of each report table and will export the data based on the filters applied.

In the reporting page, you can view both 'Campaigns' and 'Single items'. Single items will show mail sent via our API and virtual printer items to single recipients.

If you are looking at your campaigns overview, clicking 'Export' on the right will produce a CSV containing the top line campaign data. This report will not show individual mail data from individual campaigns.

To report on individual campaigns, select a campaign, apply your preferred filters, and click the yellow 'Export Mail Items' button at the top right of the table headings. 

To report on single items, select your filter parameters and use the same yellow 'Export Mail Items' button.

Exports will be supplied as a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file. This is an Excel file with zero formatting so it can be accessible by both PC and MAC computers.
